In most cases, yes. In nearby house or in one of the flats in the house.  That is usualy useful if you need anything, but owners should always respect your privacy. Exceptionally, some owners come only on weekends and some have arranged 'self check in' and 'check out'.

Normal check in is after 2 pm. Normal check out is until 10 am. Exceptionally, you can come earlier if apartment will be ready and if there is space on parking to leave the car and wait until apartment is ready. If owners specifically tells you its possible, you can check out later.

Usualy only the rest of the amount for vacation. Everything else is included in final price, except if it isn't stated differently in listing ad and final voucher.  That might be usage of air conditioner (House Dejo), parking (House Dado), tourist tax (House Palm).

Before your arrival and after your departure. But if it isn't clean enough when you come, you have the right to demand new cleaning. And if you need extra cleaning every day, it can be arranged for a fee. Changing of bed linen and towels is provided once a week.
